Deposits:
- Stays of less than five nights require a first night's deposit plus tax
- Stays of five nights or more require a 50% deposit plus tax
Cancellation Policy & Stay Requirements:
- On stays of less than 5 nights, we require 7 days notice for cancellations and a fee of $10 per room.
- On stays of 5 nights or more, we require 30 days notice for any cancellation and a fee of $50 per room. Cancellations within 30 days, result in loss of deposit.
- For bookings of 5 rooms or more, we require 30 days notice for any cancellation and a fee of $10 per room. Cancellations within 30 days, result in loss of deposit.
- A two-night minimum stay is required for "Hall of Fame" weekend and holidays weekends (like Labor day).
- No guest pets allowed on the premises
Additional Fees:
- 12% tax applied to all quoted fees
- $10/night cot fee
